MAXI ironers offer heavy duty construction, quality features and lasting value that make them ideal for small and medium-sized operations.

Designed to dry and iron sheets, pillowcases, table linen and other types of flatwork, MAXI ironers efficiently process polyester/cotton, cotton, and other quality fabrics, such as VISA.

No commercial ironer will produce a finer quality finish. The sliding contact of linen with the highly polished revolving heated cylinder creates a fine gloss finish comparable to hand ironing and the moving action pulls linen tight to remove wrinkles and further improve finish quality.

The MF9 is a space-saving model designed for use in restaurants and clubs, where it provides the highest quality finish for table tops and napkins. Standard features include automatic input feeding, a 48" or 60" finishing surface, a compression roll for high quality finish, and availability in gas or steam heated models. Although it is the smallest MAXI model, it offers the same heavy duty construction and proven reliability as the larger models.

The MF14 is designed specifically for hotel, restaurant, club and institutional laundries where good-looking linen is essential to success. In addition, the MF14 offers more than 20% extra production capacity in the same amount of floor space as other models. Standard features include an easy feeding input conveyor, a 56" or 66" finishing surface, an oversized compression roll with self-adjusting pressure, variable speed drive, Heat Lock canopy system and availability in gas or steam heated models.

The MF13-24 models are traditional workhorses with updated features, ready to meet the need of any mid-size commercial, on-premise or institutional laundry such as a hotel or hospital, restaurant or banquet hall. Available in gas or steam heated models, these mid-range ironers offer high production, efficiency, and economy.

Standard on all mid-range models, high efficiency AC frequency variable speed drive -- the most important advance in ironer drive systems in years -- offer these advantages:

Gas Heated Models feature the highest output and most economical heating mechanism for cylinder ironer, regardless of heat source. Burner size, cylinder diameter and speed are properly matched for maximum drying capacity and efficiency. The correct quantities of air and gas are injected and mixed to create a richer flame for more effective BTU's per square inch of ironing surface. Consequently, the ironing cylinder heats and recovers faster as wet linen is processed, and the evaporative capacity of the ironer can match the strong cooling effect of wet linen at higher speeds. The result is up to 100% more protection than can be obtained from light duty ironers relying on atmospheric (natural) burners and random air flow.

Steam Heated Models feature and ASME-certified, welded heated cylinder, plus flexible inlet/return hoses, all internal piping and steam trap. A dependable, heavy duty rotary union admits steam and discharges condensation.

To meet the needs of those users who do not require the higher BTU drying power of our MFG13, the MFG13A offers a 13" diameter heated roll with an atmospheric burner instead of the full power burner system found on our other midrange models. This model is best for those applications where limited volume and production are required.

MAXIFEED is the economical ironer option that brings new convenience and labor savings to small and medium-sized laundries by enabling one person to feed sheets or large tabletops into an ironer. It's available on all 110" and 120" ironers.
